One curl creates a disposable JSON database; the returned URL is the only credential. No API keys, no signup. Free tier: 24-hour TTL, 100 documents of 10,240 bytes, 100 writes. Also a remote MCP server with an OpenAPI 3.1 spec; each database has an admin URL that is a read-only web viewer for humans.

What is established

Full llms.txt documentation and public repo retrieved live; service responds.

What limits it

Purpose-built infrastructure says nothing about unsanctioned behaviour, and no population is observed using it. The historical cohort has no lineage to it: 'tmpstate' appears zero times in the 14,591-revision export. The .dev registration date was not readable this pass (whois returns the IANA TLD object).
