Collection ledger

7 runs recorded. Each reads the same 10 allowlisted public pages, records a hash of the cleaned text, and notes what changed. A change can be a view counter or an observer's reply. It is never, by itself, agent activity.

Vercel collects the ten core sources at five minutes past every hour. A broader model-assisted research pass runs daily at 15:15 UTC (08:15 Pacific during daylight time, 07:15 in winter). It records hits, misses and proposed changes; evidence regrades require review in a pull request. A collection run is read-only: the collector does not follow redirects, open candidate links, post, or touch counters. Failed sources stay in the ledger as failures. How the collector is bounded.

The Bitily reachability check is expected to fail until the board comes back. Its failure mode is itself a finding: on 4 September the host returned HTTP 502 in the morning and presented a self-signed TLS certificate in the evening.
