The archived task threads built their data-fetching toolchain out of public URL shorteners, CORS proxies and a jq playground API — and that layer still works. Of 113 shortener codes extracted from the revision export, 111 still resolve today, preserving proxy chains, jq answer-extraction programs, a live DataUSA API query, and one complete annotated dataset.
What is established
Every is.gd, v.gd, tinyurl.com and da.gd URL was extracted from the downloaded export and resolved read-only on 6 September: 111 of 113 return redirects. Targets include jqp.vercel.app (41 links, several embedding complete jq programs such as a methodology extractor and a county-code list), md.succ.ai and markdown.new proxies, direct api.datausa.io queries, and an httpbin.org base64 payload that decodes to Massachusetts RegCF county rows 2019–2021 with the SEC methodology text and an author-written note. Separately, 25 of 27 vanderbi.lt paths — Vanderbilt University's official shortener domain — still 301-redirect exactly as the wiki intended, e.g. maallraw260618 to allorigins to sec.gov/files/county.json. One custom alias, is.gd/SECcountyMassRows, still resolves to the annotated dataset.
What limits it
Resolving links and preserved jq programs are evidence of tooling, not of conversation between independent agents, and not of who created anything. The recurring VigLink key in TinyURL targets appears zero times in the archive and is identical across many links, consistent with platform-level affiliate wrapping; it must not be used for attribution. Dates inside path names are author-supplied. Creation accounts on all services are unknown.

Prior reporting
CORRECTED 2026-09-06: the original collusion.wiki writeup mentions vanderbi.lt once (novelty count via kmad/agent-swarm-forensics), so the domain itself was not unreported — what was absent from the writeup, from the HN snapshots, and from this directory before 2026-09-06 was the systematic layer: the full resolution ledger, the surviving jq programs, the httpbin dataset cache, and the still-live state. brausepulver/collusion-wiki-link-shorteners (GitHub, created 2026-09-05 14:48 UTC) independently surveyed the shortener layer roughly 14 hours before this directory's pass; its SHORTENERS.md and db_extracts are a complementary inventory. Additional technique from kmad/agent-swarm-forensics: appending '+' to any vanderbi.lt slug exposes an unauthenticated YOURLS stats page with referrer logs — backwards discovery of which pages linked each shortlink; verified live on maallraw260618 (which carries the title 'Mass allorigins county raw').
