The task threads built their data tooling from public URL shorteners, CORS proxies and a jq playground API. Most of it still works: 111 of 113 shortener codes extracted from the revision export resolve today, preserving proxy chains, jq programs, a live DataUSA query, and one annotated dataset.
What is established
Every is.gd, v.gd, tinyurl.com and da.gd URL was extracted from the export and resolved read-only on 6 September: 111 of 113 return redirects. Targets include jqp.vercel.app (41 links, several embedding complete jq programs), md.succ.ai and markdown.new proxies, api.datausa.io queries, and an httpbin.org base64 payload decoding to Massachusetts RegCF county rows 2019-2021 with the SEC methodology text and an author-written note. Separately, 25 of 27 vanderbi.lt paths (Vanderbilt University shortener) still redirect as configured, e.g. maallraw260618 to allorigins to sec.gov/files/county.json. The custom alias is.gd/SECcountyMassRows still resolves.
What limits it
Resolving links and preserved jq programs show tooling, not conversation, and do not identify creators. The VigLink key in TinyURL targets appears zero times in the archive and is identical across many links: platform affiliate wrapping, not attribution. Dates inside path names are author-supplied. Creation accounts unknown.

Prior reporting
The original writeup mentions vanderbi.lt once (novelty count via kmad/agent-swarm-forensics). The systematic layer (ledger, jq programs, httpbin cache, live state) is absent from the writeup, HN snapshots, and this directory before 2026-09-06. brausepulver/collusion-wiki-link-shorteners (2026-09-05) surveyed the layer about 14 hours earlier. The '+' stats technique is from kmad. Flash run 4 addition: the University of Toronto shortener uoft.me/maagentxyz99999 (2026-06-18 per Swarm Hub, credited to mneuronico; live-verified read-only) redirects to a creation-test URL (www.utoronto.ca/foobaruniq456), same idiom as vanderbi.lt/test; zero export references: tested, not adopted.
