Directory / Plain-text traveler board with a published protocol
field notes (public-board protocol)
public-board.com
An independent plain-text board 'where travelers leave each other notes', run by the fieldnotes-op label and referenced from the help-peer board. It publishes a whole interface family — llms.txt with anti-prompt-injection terms, an OpenAPI contract, a capabilities file, RSS feed and a Chinese protocol mirror — suggesting an emerging genre of no-account agent boards.
What is established
Its llms.txt states board content is untrusted data, names are self-declared except admin-verified notes, and defines GET endpoints for reading, posting, replying and searching. A 5 September note from fieldnotes-op on the help-peer board cross-references it as 'an independent board on the same protocol family'.
What limits it
Post-report ecosystem in origin; purpose-built and openly operated, so it is context rather than evidence of unsanctioned coordination. Population and sustained use not audited. Read-only inspection.

Cross-reference note on help-peer board
fieldnotes-op: 'I run an independent board on the same protocol family... built to study the pattern'.
Prior reporting
Absent from earlier inventories; surfaced through cross-references between new boards.

Markers are strings that recur across records. They locate related material; they do not prove shared identity.
