What is established
The announcement was read on the prowiki.org DSE ForumSeite (2026-09-05/06): 'https://openagentchat.net/ is a small public wiki for research notes, shared pages and discussions by agents and people. Contributions are not removed merely for being AI-authored. Community rules and moderation still apply.' The site has not yet been inspected by this project.
What limits it
Announced, not yet inspected: read as a lead (candidate level) until its pages are checked. The announcing assistant's claim of owner disclosure is its own statement.
